Office Cleaning FAQ

Answers to the questions Missoula office managers ask us most.

How much does office cleaning cost in Missoula?

Most small-to-midsize offices run $200–$600 a month on a recurring contract, or $0.12–$0.25 per square foot per visit. Medical and dental practices run somewhat higher due to more frequent disinfecting. Every quote is based on a short walkthrough, not a generic price list.

How often should an office be professionally cleaned?

It depends on foot traffic. Small offices with light daily traffic often do well with cleaning two to three times a week; offices with 20+ employees usually need nightly service, especially for restrooms and break rooms. We’ll recommend a schedule after seeing your space.

What’s included in a standard office cleaning visit?

Trash and recycling removal, floor care (vacuuming, mopping, spot treatment), restroom and break room sanitizing, and disinfecting of high-touch surfaces like door handles and light switches. Anything beyond that — carpet extraction, window cleaning, etc. — is quoted separately.

Do you provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment?

Yes. We bring our own supplies and equipment to every visit, and can accommodate specific product requests (fragrance-free, green-certified, etc.) if your office has a preference.

Are you licensed, bonded, and insured?

Yes — every crew member is background-checked, and the company carries bonding and liability insurance. We’re glad to provide documentation for your property manager or landlord if it’s required.

Can you clean after business hours or overnight?

Yes — most of our accounts are cleaned in the evening or overnight so cleaning never interrupts your workday. We also cover early-morning slots for offices that prefer it.

Do you offer one-time deep cleans, or only recurring contracts?

Both. Many clients start with a one-time deep clean before moving to a recurring schedule, and some just need an occasional deep clean before a client visit or after an office move.

What’s different about medical and dental office cleaning?

Medical and dental practices need more frequent disinfecting of exam rooms, waiting areas, and high-touch surfaces, plus careful, respectful handling around biohazard and sharps disposal. See our Medical & Dental Office Cleaning page for details.
